Would you like to connect more with the changing of the seasons? Do you wish you had more rituals in your life? Join us for our Equinox Party on Tuesday, September 27th! We’ll have a seasonal tarot spread (that you can also use as journaling prompts if you don’t have a deck). You’ll get to hear us talk about our cards on a live call and then talk about your own cards and ask questions if you’d like. It’s included with your paid subscription to this Substack, or you can also just pay to attend the workshop. Find all the details here: Two Tarot Nerds Equinox Party

What we talked about this week
I’m experimenting with something new this week. I’ve got some journaling questions for you that are related to some of the things we talked about in this episode.
This week we talk about embracing our magic and power. What comes up for you when you think about those things? Do you think of yourself as powerful? In what way(s)? Or if you don’t, why not?
It’s amazing how tiny shifts can have really big impacts. Where in your life would you like to shake things up? What small thing could you experiment with changing?
We pulled the high priestess and the empress cards this week. How do you feel about these cards? Which one resonates more with you?
What part of yourself would you like to connect with more? What sort of ritual could you create to help with that?
Joeli gave some suggestions for practices to help access your dreaming side. Maybe you’d like to give one a try:
Journal every day for a week (or longer) starting with the prompt “I want…”
Write letters from your future self to your present self, talking about what your life is like in the future.
If your brain gets hung up on practical things, try writing small fairy tales instead. Let yourself pretend.
What thoughts or questions do you have about what we discussed this week? We’d love to hear from you!
