Journaling Questions

If you want to explore some of the things we talked about for yourself, here are a few jumping off points…

  • Repeating cards came up again this week, and the idea of approaching them with curiosity rather than judgement. Is there an area in your life where you judge yourself a lot? What would it be like to be curious instead?

  • We also talked about being prickly and pushing people away rather than accepting help. It can be hard to change when that’s been a habit for a long time, even if you really do want help now. What’s a tiny step you could experiment with to try to do things differently?

  • The idea of just burning it all down can be very appealing, and sometimes it really needs to happen. But then what? How can you involve others in the healing & rebuilding so everyone benefits? 🖖

What thoughts or questions do you have about what we discussed this week? We’d love to hear from you!
