What might get in the way of that? king of swords
What can support me? the lovers

(all from This Might Hurt Tarot)

What energy is most present right now? ace of cups
What are the roots of that? the tower (revolution in this deck)
What could bloom out of this energy? 5 of cups

What we talked about this week

Here are some journaling questions for you that are related to some of the things we talked about in this episode.

  • A lot of the swords cards can have negative connotations—associations with overthinking and anxiety, for example. But there are good things, too, like knowledge. What do you have a lot of mastery in that you aren’t giving yourself credit for? Where are you holding yourself back because you think you need to know more before you can move forward?

  • We talked about the tower card and how destruction & creation are tied together. If you’re in a transition period, what needs to end in order for you to move forward to new things? And what feelings come up about that? (you can have more than one at a time!)

What thoughts or questions do you have about what we discussed this week? We’d love to hear from you!
